lol, great read.

No such milk/yoghurt based espionage in Japan. I soon learnt that the unwritten rule is if there is a picture of Hokkaido on the carton that means tasty milk is inside.

However the Japanese don’t seem to believe in semi-skimmed milk only the 2 extremes of full fat and manky milk water are available.

You’re lucky, I just don’t have access to bakes at all.
I’m thinking about starting a bake importing business to enlighten Chinese people on the awesomeness of bake.

Thanks Chris, despite the workload, it’s pretty cool having this responsibility.

I occasionally get the “oh shit” moments, however, when reality kicks me in the arse, but it’s all good.
